We visited Murphy's Law Distillery in Elmira. This is one of the better tours that we have been on. It may be small but it is mighty. The gentleman giving the tour was very informative. He was able to answer any of our questions that we asked. It started with the tasting of some of their delicious product and while we were enjoying the different flours he was telling us the history of how it all began and that alone was quite interesting story. Once the tasting was done he took us to the room where all the magic happened. Very clean and impressive looking Stainless steel and copper cookers He told us how everything functioned from start to finish and didn't hesitate to answer our questions. What amazed me the most was the amount of product it took to make one barrel of moon shine. We were so impressed that we bought two jars of our favorite taster for home. I would recommend this tour to anybody who is interested as to how a distillery works.
